PVCC Emerging Leaders Program

The goal of the Paradise Valley Community College Emerging Leaders program is to provide an opportunity for student participants to identify, develop, and practice leadership skills in order to make positive social change.

Through the Emerging Leaders Program students experience leadership by doing. Experiential learning is based on action and reflection. Students participate in various hands-on team building activities, learning that success is dependent on each team's ability to work together.

Emerging Leaders is divided into three levels:

Emerging Leaders I- Self-Awareness/Social Change

Emerging Leaders II-
Applied Service Leadership

Emerging Leaders III-
Facilitation

Also available is Emerging Leaders Wilderness, an EL experience in the Sierra Nevada's of California.
