I absolutely agree. We need to rethink modernize out methods of delivery into procurements like Fast-Track and Build-Operate-Transfer and to continue a conversation on this critical subject. One solution like the InfraInput website is to engage and involve the public into reporting issues and ideas, so governors and localities can see targeted needs in their jurisdictions. Also, engineering/consultant firms, builders/contractors, and others can start to bid and contract on such projects.
