This is a brief example of one of tws training sessions. Here he displays a the normal double bag routines he uses to work on footwork and high kick timing. Tw's stand up is based on Muay Thai via Duke Roufus MMA Academy of which TW also studied Jiu Jitsu at. Tw is 175lbs (walking weight) , 6' tall with a 75" reach and has trained nearly daily for the past 5 years.
