The very random version of me is back! I say 'so' far too many times, and am often exagerating a little, but I hope you understand my main points:

- everyone has a different body type, so each person will excel in different areas of sport
- some people enjoy exercising on their own, other people can't exercise without other people (like me!)
- there's so many types of exercise to choose from, don't limit yourself to the few you think would most benefit your exercise goals, instead choose the ones you would most ENJOY!
- don't beat yourself up about exercising, even if you've only had a short walk, it's still better than doing nothing!
- try out different things to see what classes/activities you most enjoy, and try out some slightly weird ones like orienteering (love it!)
- going to small classes are great because you'll get some one-on-one expert guidance from your professional instructor, as well as meeting new people and having a laugh

  • I live iN Venice so you can imagine how much I walk...but in a way it doesn't really seem to work..I mean...I wish I were thinner because of all that walking...maybe my body got used to it. Does it make any sense to you???

  • @unciaciapanca i totally understand, it can seem that way sometimes, and when i get a feel like my body's getting used to the walking and isn't energising me as much, then i just pick up my pace and walk faster...to get your heart pumping and your body working harder, but still in a calm way.

    i have a naturally quick walk, so i guess that helps!
