This song isn't just about a bad relationship! Its about getting hurt by a past relationship, having a hard time not only getting over the him but also trusting anyone else, meeting someone who is there for you no matter what, helping you though the pain and memories. She is saying how she is better when she is near to this new guy in her life even though its taking a long time.

I'm not a person who disliked this video, no, i liked it. But all the people who say '** people aren't near to anyone or have no heart' just because they disliked this video - not everyone HAS to like it, make sure that you understand what I mean. Nobody's the same, we're all different. Everyone has his own story about bad and good times. There might be people who connect this song with a hard time, so they dislike. Don't say that they've no heart. Everyone has. And everybody in his own way.
