Her singing is more fanciatimg and impressive. Log on Youtube and you can can find her singing by copng these Chinese words 李香蘭 the best is these songs 三年 , 迎春花 , 蘇州夜曲, and many other good songs. they have all Chinese and Japanese version due to her sepcial identity between Chinese and Japanese.Very good singers.

That was her own voice. She spoke fluent English for she studied music as professional in America before stepping into her career in singing and then movies.

Her story is really fascinating and worth a look on wikipedia (listed under her real name Ōtaka Yoshiko, 大鷹 淑子).

I'm guessing that it is her voice. From what I read she spoke several languages quite well. She was married to American born sculpture Isamu Noguchi from 1952-1957, so would have spoken English with him.
