Destroying everything in Dam with this fun gameshark code. It destroys most thing such as the truck and the huge metal grates. You may notice that I hardly fire a bullet in the whole level, as somehow I am constantly firing. I can even destroy things in cutscenes
some things arn't part of the level like destructable things. they just are graphics. and I found a really cool glitch in Turok Evolution with the sleg fortress and the spider mine. when you go down the tunnel before the next part of the fortress, stop at the powerups and throw a spider mine and go as far as you can but don't go off the edge. select the bomb setting and blow it. you will see a void with a square tube sticking out the middle, really cool.
So it doesnt show what you can't see like if you are in that little room looking out the door you don't see anything b/c of that fake door so the game doesnt even show it. then when you pass thru the "door" it shows the graphics.
@coondogtheman1234 No. The entire level is loaded, what you saw was an effect of portals (not the game, not those walls that take you to another place). It is used to speed up rendering since anything beyond a wall is not visible and would be a waste to draw. Think of portals as rooms. It's a very common technique and works quite nicely, a game without portals would suffer from a lower framerate also since it wastes time and power.
BTW this is how you kill baron samedi in the last level in the cut scene, i know about this but how do i get it? do i need to pay? i use an emulator like you did in this video...

@coondogtheman1234 Exactly. It also shows the outside when the door is opened by the player.
Most likely on the N64 if you didn't use portals at all, the game would run very slowly.
Although for this game, I thought doors and such were part of the world and not actual objects (like wooden crates).
