If you go to India, and don't know how to use the toilet and your legs are not strong enough to do so, you may be in for a big surprise.

In fact it is cleaner to wash with water, and then wash hands with soap and water after using the bathroom than it is to use toilet paper alone.

Toilet paper can create bacterial growth...
