I'm glad Parkour is becoming bigger! I love teaching people and helping them with moves, conditioning of philosophy of it all! I think Parkour and Free Running is the future of the world to be honest. Nothing to stop it. As that girl in the video said, 'It is jumping over the bounderies' Of everyday life. You don't see a path already made...You create your own path with your mind, and follow it with your body! :)
