UK gig. Ely performs "Me and Billy the Kid" as a solo number before being joined onstage by Texas Gunslinger Grissom and the rest of the gang to perform "Are you Listening Lucky".
We tend to think as Grissom as some kind of quiet guy but in this clip his "stage presence" is huge. If this doesn't make you want a PRS nothing will....
Jimmy Pettit is one terrific bassist.

I think "Lord of the Highway" is one of the most perfectly put together albums of all time. If I could only one album, it would either be "Lord..." or "Ol' Number One", Guy Clark. Ironic that I no longer have either. Somethi' definately wrong with that picture!

I agree. As great as the solo bit is, the whole band version kicks ass of Me and Billy the kid.

I love this song. It was done better on the album "Lord of the Highway" .in my opinion. He really rocks it on the album ! Give a listen, and you'll see what I'm talking about. Love his music.
