He is so pro that he would escape from your NES , SNES & PSX emulators using your monitor screen...only if you have paused the game and left it so you can sleep

@marioroxmysox How can he kill Megaman if he hasn't got a robot too? besides seems like a good oppurtunity to get away and get more robots and stuff if you ask me.

Actually, it kind of makes sense:
A. He wanted to escape, but in the 'game world', he'd be caught again, and killing Megaman wouldn't change that.
B. When he realized he could escape OUT of the Game, if he killed Megaman, it would leave to a 'Game-Over' screen, which (if I remember) doesn't have Wily in it.

@BPhoenixProductions Well, that's why Megaman should sound like that. Zack Tyler Eisen should have voiced Mega Man, Scott McNeil should still voice Dr. Wily in the style of the OVA, Bass should be voiced by Dante Basco (Prince Zuko from Nickelodeon's "Avatar"), Dr. Light should still be voiced by Jim Byrnes, Protoman should be voiced by Scott McNeil, and Roll should be voiced by Andrea Libman (Mega Man: Upon a Star).
