Fruit is my favorite food group,
Sour and sweet and helps me poop,
Nature is kind, so peel the rind, there's juicy treasure beneath.

Table of vegetables,
Elements of you I periodically prefer,
Broccoli is green, stir fry or steam, to bite a tiny tree

Lentils, cabbage, asparagus to spare
Rosemary, garlic and basil: savory delight.
Would you please set the table? Open up, take a bite.
