I second what Truth2 says. How is it all Dellums' fault when it's actually the *City Councilmembers'* fault (Brunner, Nadel, DLF, etc) for voting to CLOSE the police academy for several years?? I do not get you ignorant Oakland voters.

LOL! That senile old man couldn't do "whatever it takes" to wipe his own ass. Hire an additional 130 cops by the end of the year? You haven't been able to accomplish anything your first year in office. RESIGN for the good of Oakland.
