Installation Speedrun: XP Home SP2 in 03m10s

This is a custom installation of Windows XP Home Edition with SP2 I did into a VM using VMWare Fusion for Mac OS X. Total Time: 3 minutes, 10 seconds. This includes formatting the drive. Snapz Pro X was used to capture the video, and no video editing was done to alter the speed; this is the raw video as Snapz Pro X captured.

The total length of the video is 03:27, but I shaved off 3 seconds because the computer hadn't started POSTing yet in the beginning, and I stopped the clock at 03:13 since it had begun to log in, and I considered that the conclusion of the installation (change of -14 seconds). This yields a net time of 03:10.

im installing this os on mac using virtualisation right now... umm... after you shut down the virtual os, does that mean that your RAM and processor go back to normal?

that has bin altered fast forward i should know iv installed XP Home SP2 27 times on different machines including mac OS X
