I've tried to learn guitar and had so much trouble. Would the uke be much easier? Some people don't consider the Uke a real instrument. Why is that? Do you think the quality of sound on a baritone uke is equivalent to a guitar, or no where near it? I want an instrument I can be successful with, but can also get a very nice sound. What would be your recommendation, Baritone Uke or keep trying Guitar?

That particular uke is not easy to find. I believe it's a Samick UK70B (the B is for baritone). Most places online have to order from the factory and the factory usually never releases it to the store. I paid around $150 for mine - saw it in a local music store. I asked if they could score another and they said they would let me know as soon as it comes in (that wis 5 months ago). Good luck finding one, they are usually pretty good construct, but some places online have duds...
