Demo of trident, or Tiger Fork form in Hong Kong, 2007. Don't know the style, but unusual to see this weapon.

  • it is pak mei pai from cheung bing lam lineage. the begining jump over the fork is an adopted movement. the standard form was first written by Master Ng Yiu called Joh Yau Dai Pa. The book was published in 1977 I believe.

  • @Irond3vil2 A valid point. I made the comment because this man is using a northern tiger fork. Southern forks have points shaped more like blades. You are right ... a simple weapon in a good martial artist's hands can look like magic.

  • @arnbo88 depends on the martial artist, not the style

  • love the starting when he jumps over the trident (weapon) in sync to the music. Very powerful. Chinese martial arts are just brilliant.

  • I've seen better from northern styles.

  • Hi, I think that style is BaiMei (PakMei) 'white eyebrow'

    Greetings from Argentina.
