The IDF Strikes Back At Kassam Rocket Crews

Three Palestinian terrorists were killed and one was wounded on Sunday night in an IAF strike near the home of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh, in Gaza's Shati refugee camp. The target of the air strike was a car in which two Palestinian terror operatives were traveling, the IDF said. One of men targeted in the joint IDF-Shin Bet (Israel Security Service) operation was Nidal Amudi, a senior Aksa Martyrs Brigades operative involved in Kassam rocket attacks on Sderot, according to the IDF. In recent days scores of Kassam rockets and mortar shells have been fired at southern Israel, the army said.01/14/08
