I don't think Marc is going 2 like Mississippi. The Reporter stated in 2010 after sentencing that Marc was going 2 CA Fed. Prison. Why in God's name R they moving him around so much? That's not the 'Norm.' Unless U R a Mobster..or Serial Killer!

Marc is a strong, and intelligent guy, It is a shame he is where he is for what was charged, hopefully justice will prevail and it will all just be a puff of smoke in the past but also used to put the Movement in good standing a push forward strong. I hope i have the pleasure to meet Marc in the future. Stay strong Emery's, its coming.

Political prisoner Marc Emery has been denied the opportunity to be transferred to a Canadian prison. The DEA has invested too much into the deprivation of Marc's freedom for them to even consider letting go of him. Marc is a threat to the existence of their repressive powers, and a threatened beast is dangerous. None of this would have happened if it weren't for the way the mean-spirited Stephen Harper compromised Canada's sovereignty by extraditing Marc to a barbaric foreign power.
