Glenn discusses the case of sperm-donor Kevin Zoernig who was ordered to pay child-support by a New Mexico court. This is despite the fact that Zoernig had signed an agreement with the mother stating that he would not be financially obligated to support the child.

Turning the tables according to their logic, if the man decides not to have contact with their children then he shouldn't have to pay child support. Secondly, if a woman gets pregnant she cannot abort if the man decides he wants the child. Fair is fair.

In some countries sperm donation by law isn't anonymous! Donor offspring can find your personal contact details when they turn a certain age. Imagine 20 years from now after making one sperm donation, 3 kids rock up on your door step calling you "daddy". It's fucking disgusting & there is no protection for the donor. Who says the couple who used your sperm won't just turn around & ask you for child support? Where does the law protect you who probably wasn't even paid to donate!

That man is simply an idiot and so is any sperm donor. Sperm donors can be tracked by simply claiming that it is vital to have the father's medical history to treat the child. This was done several times and men who are now successful and married were dragged to court because they sold a bunch of jizz in college for beer money. A dyke can get impregnated by the sperm of medical or law student and later sue him for a fortune in child support once he is successful.
