Resident Evil 2 Deleted Scene 8

Claire is under the police station and is confronted with Chief Irons, who seems injured and homicital. This scene ends with the Chief being pulled through a hole in the floor and spit up. However in my game DVD, the dialogue is about the same, except the Chief is suppose to have a G-Larva burst out of his body rather than being eating in half and spit out.
