Ooh! Sorry, but I just had to say that I love it when you reach for the measuring cup. LOL! Boys will be boys I guess. Looks delicious and makes me miss cooked foods. I've been raw food for about a month now.

I don't ever count calories... I'm all about high quality food... quality over quantity... and some of that quality is high calorie... I don't ever let that bother me! ...not even if I'm close to a show...
I use it to mainly to keep the chicken from sticking to the pan, LOL:)
