I had a second at Strala all to myself this morning!!! Here is a little morning routine I did that opens the entire spine and leaves you feeling ready to go for the entire day!

  • Woah amazing, I'm in my 20's and probably as thin as you are, Tara. Question: If I start doing yoga and I stick to it for a really long time like you do, will it help me stop popping / cracking my joints? It happens to me at least 5-times-a-day, especially my back and neck #LOL

  • @TheFIock hey! being easy in your body will stop your joints from popping.. do you pop them or do they pop on their own? I wouldn't worry about it. . just keep up the yoga! :)

  • Tara! I love you and your videos so much! Ive been doing your videos for about 2-3weeks and I notice a difference in my mindset and eating! Ive even mentioned you in my blog several times since I do yoga in the morning :) I'm planning on going to Strala when I head back home to the NYC in July!

  • @randydandy1974 it's only his technically if i'm performing it in 105 degrees.. so i think around 70 - 80 here. .totally safe :)

  • half the time i watch/go to yoga classes, I get a woody and its very hard not to look at these girls go into positions you couldn't imagine!

  • I suggest doing your practice in something besides skin tight jeans. Better for the circulation.
