i just got into MTB.iv ridden Stanky creek in Bartlett and im looking for more trails to ride. this looks great. I think iv been fishing here b4

IH Park, 4523 Canada Road, LakelandTN 38002. The ride covers 3 seperate trails that interlink with each other. Total mileage of ride varies, but is approximately 3.8 miles. For information contact Lakeland City Hall

Dont know about Knoxville, but by the Ocoee River there are some great trails, and head over to the Natahala River area to a place called Tsali...that trail kicked my ass. Great riding though!
