Jack Sheldon & Don Robertson - Nature Boy - 1968

"Nature Boy" is a song by eden ahbez, published in 1947. Nat King Cole's 1948 recording of the song was a major hit and "Nature Boy" has since become a pop and jazz standard, with dozens of major artists interpreting the song. The author of the words, eden ahbez was a long-haired mystic, a precursor of the hippies of 1968. This recording was made in New York City in 1968 and was featured on the album "The Warm World of Jack Sheldon."

Jack Sheldon (born November 30, 1931) is an American bebop and West Coast jazz trumpeter, singer, and actor. He was a trumpet player and comedian on The Merv Griffin Show, as well as the voice heard on several episodes of the educational music television series Schoolhouse Rock.

Don Robertson (born April 4, 1942) is a composer, writer and music futurist. In 1969 he became the first recording artist in the New Age genre.

Don Sebesky (born December 10, 1937) is an American jazz trombonist and arranger. He is the winner of three Grammy Awards, and he also won the Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Orchestrations for Parade (1999) and Kiss Me, Kate (2000).
