The weird thing is, that Kevin Thorn's vampire gimmick was before the Twilight phenomena.
So, with WWE now catering to the underage audience, they've lost a huge chance to attract that kind of audience. Yeah, I would't hate it as hell, but it would have been a way for WWE to cash a load of money riding in the Twilight bandwagon.

So bascially someone will have to ask permission to use his gimmick? Just like Jay Lethal got Macho Man Randy permission and blessing. So you got to be really good for Christopher to grant you permission to use his Gimmick?

The reason the scrapped it was because WWE didn't want to get sued by TNA, and Daniels, for gimmick infringement. Daniels has been doing the "Fallen Angel" since his independent days, and owns the gimmick. That's why he continued to use it when he came to TNA.
