Building a firepit? Many homeowners do a beautiful job and then ruin the entire project by using the wrong type of stucco. Usually they buy the cheap powder stuff at home depot. Big mistake. You need to use a pre-mixed high quality acrylic stucco. HB1CS is designed for direct application to hardi backer cement board. Available online at http://www.FireplaceCoach.com

  • You idiots, if you new anything about stucco it would amaze me. You would never install over Hardie backer, you need Dur-rock or permabase cement board and you must install a base coat with fiberglass mesh beaded in to the system. Further more it's not for amatures to install you need some knowledge that these idiots don't have!
