I DONT SEE THE POINT IN THAT...

If anybody is wondering why the colours on the CDJs glow blue and/or red according to when Jonathan moves the faders on the mixer, this is done using Ethernet cables to connect the CDJs and Mixer together :)
PS, not all Pioneer equipment can do this. Only the CDJ-2000, CDJ-900 and DJM-900 if I'm not mistaken.

@0909shadow ok ok, didnt know, that there was sumthing to showup the beats

@DrunkStepDJ You need to be watching the beat count up on top
-
How did you keep the Beats matched, while cueing?
-
J - ave u got the mixer set up like ya did at mine to do this??
-
you can do something close to that with the a & h xone db4 mixer. Think the effect is a reverb called nextdoor where it sounds like its coming from a nextdoor neighbors house or whatever
your tutorials are soooo great! but I personally learn just by watching people do things in a real mix. could you please just upload a few videos of you doing your own mixes without pausing to tell us whats going on? thanks.

This technique would be really nice if playing music in different rooms and have the effect of walking "through" a transition, room to room. (I'm a theatre technician).
Or alternatively, in a club, have each side of the room play a different track, essentially playing 3 tunes at the same time. One left, one right, and a mash-up in the middle.
Easier said than done though!
Wicked video jon!
