La agrupación juvenil "KAISEKI MANGA" organizó una caminata por el paseo 21 de mayo de nuestra ciudad y la llamo "TATAKAE JAPÓN". Fue un acto en señal de dolor y respeto por los tan lamentables hechos que hoy azotan a esa nación. Los "KAISEKOMANOS", como amantes y seguidores de esa cultura caminaron por la céntrica calle desde Patricio Lynch hasta la plaza Vicuña Mackenna, frente a la pileta y a los pies del Morro de Arica. En este lugar los jóvenes llevando velas en sus manos concedieron un minuto de silencio por las victimas y después de algunas palabras en apoyo al pueblo japonés volvieron a sus actividades normales, dejando en el ambiente una hermosa sensación, con la impresión de que a los jóvenes de Arica también los afecta el dolor de nuestros hermanos japoneses y son capaces de organizarse por nobles ideales.
The youth group "kaiseki MANGA" organized a walk along the promenade May 21, our city and called it "Tatakae JAPAN.
