I assume you are speaking of the resident. So what. Everyone has a God given right to keep someone else from depriving them of life, especially when they are at home in their own beds. I fail to see the logic behind this question. Even if he was a crook, are you saying the other crooks should have prevailed? Bottom line, he was at home.
