The fancy color of beads, embroided onto cloth material following patterns, look so attractive. They are in the form of cartoons & flowers which are created and paint added on. These creative pieces of work are worth giving out as gifts or presents on various special occasions.

Natnicha Boonyanit, the artist trainer, told us: The color paint integrates well with colorful beads. This piece of art is different and outstanding, adding value to the material.

The cloth paint art is famous now. Natnicha teaches her trainees by combining cloth painting with bead embroidery hand made pieces of art unique fashion design which has proved to add value to an ordinary material. For some of these trainees they can make a living out of it, if they are good.




Natnicha continued: The art paint work is popular and now we combine painting with embroidery and they are well accepted. Many get the idea and make money out of it. I think it works well.




Titima Jampada a trainee participant, said: Its not too difficult if we are determined. Its practical. You will see these type of handmade products made available at Surin beach.

Womens group members and staff of Cherng Thale Sub-District Administration Organization in Thalang are seen concentrating at the handmade fashion design course. This is a 30 hour course arranged and sponsored by the local government aiming to educate interested residents so that they can pursue it as a career to support their families.

Somjai Na Nakorn, a participant, told us: I certainly will apply the knowledge to make a career for supplement income in this slow economy situation.

Rungtiwa Thongsakul, another participant, said: I will also share my skill with my neighbors.

Manote Phanchalaad, president of the Cherng Thale Sub-District Administration Organization, explained: We support good projects which we hope can create supplementary careers or income for families. We try to get professional trainers to carry out training sessions.

The creative ideas designed on new or old clothes or dresses add charm and value to the outfit or material. This can be done as a hobby at home or for commercial use as they are handmade and put on sale at tourist attractions in any season of the year.
