I've been thinking about this, tried it, it was good but didn't work for me and my band but someone else might like to try this ...
1/4 cup Gluten-Free Pancake Mix
1/4 cup Peanut Flour
1 scoop Designer Whey - Chocolate,
Peanut, Caramel protein powder
1 egg
1/4 cup greek yogurt (I used honey
flavored)
2 tbsp canola oil
3 tbsp Sugar-Free Caramel syrup (I
used Starbuck's, Torani would

I can't find peanut flour at my jt's anymore :(

I do something very similar...but wayyyyyyy simpler lol! I do 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder, 1 egg, 2 tbsp peanut butter, and 1 packet of splenda. mix well. microwave about 1:15 to 1:30. It will also rise. The calorie/protein count is similar to yours. <3 I love easy sweet protein bites of yumminess! <3

DAMN!!! This recipe sounds AMAZING, but it's scary as HE$# that those few things have almost EIGHT HUNDRED calories in them!! It's a wonder I didn't start out at even a higher weight than I was at :P
