This is lovely, It's great to see this lighter side of Hilary, after all, classical music is such a serious business:) I'm very thankful for her giving us an insight into her world and truly wish her well. Thanks!

Hilary can be very quirky but that is because she is a genius. Geniuses are often like that. But I was surprised that she didn't seem to know who Oliver Hardy was. But then he wasn't a famous composer, so why would she?

@ian2813 Yeah, that's weird, but in a way it's understandable. Mostly it's because she grew up in a house without a TV (According to her, when NPR talked to her recently), and naturally, if you hadn't been able to watch TV in the last 40 years or so, you probably would not have seen or even heard of Laurel and Hardy. I would hope by now she knows who he was! :)
