How can you say a Needle Exchange is a good use of Tax payers money? wouldn't allowing them share needles solve the problem? Giving junkies access to NHS equipment is as idiotic as it gets, It doesn't mean they quit It just means they don't infect eachother an weed out the scurge of society

sarcasism r0x0rs but speaking on behalf of personal experience... getting off heroin isnt just the withdrawal part... you being an alcoholic you can surely realize the whole "once an addict always an addict" motto. Both alcohol and dope, as with any addiction, the physical withdrawal is only a fraction of the battle we face trying to stay sober.

you missinterpreted my last comment. It Was not sarcasm. I was pleased, that you reacted to my " Cry for help". I am weak, when it comes facing the difficulties of life. I Numb myself with alcohol, which is no less dangerous than dope. It is only easier to access, but it does the job.
