Oook, sorry I havent put a video up in ages I changed phones and my new phones doesnt want to work with my computer so I've gotten lazy and cant be arsed to go through the lengthy business or using my proper video camera.
Anyway was out training parkour in Derby city centre and they have put up about 100 of the most perfect poles for flagging! Its brilliant! Anyway was having fun trying new stuff on them and my friend (thanks Tom) offered to film and send me the videos, I took this as the perfect opportunity to update you guys etc.
The walking flag trick is not mine i saw another guy do it and gave it a go (it still needs tidying but it was my first day trying) so if you hate without reading the description you will get rabies. However i haven't seen the flag/wallspin before so I'm claiming that as mine although at the end of the day its all just movement and combinations so I won't attempt to name it.
This week I am going to start filming a new all round movement video (parkour, tricking, handstands and general play) I will be putting it on my other channel so if your not already subscribed, do so and you will see it easy as!
