Scott Pilgrim Vs The World Multiplayer Playthrough: Stage 7 Part 2

Part 12 of a multiplayer playthrough of Scott Pilgrim vs the World, based on the comics by Bryan Lee O'Malley and movie by Universal Studios, by Ubisoft for the XBox 360. Scott Pilgrim (MacDaddyNook), Kim Pine (SunBurntKen) and Ramona Flowers (Duck) take on the world to defeat the League of Evil Exes.

After defeating Super Gideon Graves, players are sucked into the Subspace void where they must make their way through a complex of glowing tiles. While there really aren't any fights aside from some floating Gideon-style Medusa Heads, players will have to be careful of red droplets (straight out of Mega Man 2) from above.

At the end of the passage, players will find the Power of Love Sword which they can use against the Gideon's next form, Gigadeon Graves.

Gigadeon is most-likely the toughest boss in the game. His first phase features a monstrous blob of the faces of the defeated evil exes. Players must avoid the electric balls they spit out while pounding on the amorphous mass. A good strategy is to hit the faces and run back as quickly as possible to avoid their shock attack and get a healthy lead away from any of their projectiles.

After the mass of evil exes is defeated, the fight will travel up to Gigadeon's upper body where players will have to pound on his exposed heart. Gigadeon will sometimes block attacks with his arms or punch players if they are too close for too long or he will fire a barrage of skulls to push players away. The Power of Love Sword is very useful in this fight as it deals good damage and is quick to strike. From time to time, Gigadeon will move away from the cliff and drop lighting onto players, which can be very challenging to dodge. As the fight goes on, the ground will erode away behind players leaving little area to escape to.

Defeating Gigadeon will bring players back to the real world where the final section of the level will begin.

@matixtig My Scott is at level 16 also. We all maxed our levels by the time we got here since this level kept kicking our behinds during the practice runs.

the easyest way 2 beat him is by maxin out ur stats by getting 2 bionic arms 2 never ending fantasys and 2 speedy the porcupine and use the up y or up tirangle button

His difficulty is really up there w/three people. Those extra lives are a good idea- just in case.
