Young Seumas MacLeod has spent his life seeking Iain Macamhlaigh, the man who killed his father. One day, he meets a young swordsman who claims that name. A vicious
duel ensues, as well as an homage to The Princess Bride. But even skilled swordsmen can make mistakes.

CAST
Stephen Cull as Seumas MacLeod
Rick Cull as Seumas' Father
Zack Lawrence as Iain Macamhlaigh

All of the dialogue is in Scots Gaelic. (I know it's not accurately subtitled, but it's close.) Originally, the film was not going to be subtitled, but finally was after realizing that people probably wouldn't be able to tell what was going on otherwise.

  • Where did you people learn to speak Gaelic? I've been looking for a way to learn for ages!

  • We learned using "Speaking Our Language" and "Teach Yourself - Gaelic" published by McGraw-Hill. Look them up on Google or eBay.

  • Sorry to whoever's comment I deleted. It was a mistake. I was trying to delete a spam message and accidentally deleted yours. :-(

  • The Irish are theives. Can you prove your Canon XL2 belongs to you?

  • 1. It's Scottish, not Irish, and 2. Yes I can prove it. ^_^
