@jimjljensen Well, I'm sorry to hear that you are fully disabled. I mean that genuinely 100%. Health is numero uno in my book. And some jobs negatively impact on health, don't they? Three questions: 1. So, how are your health care needs taken care of currently? 2. Do you think that ALL companies in the USA treat their employees well? 3. And are you suggesting from this and previous posts, that because you feel that you didn't need a union means that I don't need a union?

@azul8811 - Am now fully disabled. Worked 31 years in Silicone Valley. NON-UNION. Those companies knew how to treat their employees, with respect. We didn't need a middleman (union) to create strife in the workplace.

Union Workers Caught Drinking and Smoking Pot on the Job Again at Chrysler assembly plant.

"Look for the union label".... "Made with pride"?? I don't think so. I'll bet the Japanese and Koreans don't drink and smoke pot during their lunch hour.

Are you kidding me? I'm not an American? You know nothing about me. I'm American and have served my country proudly. Government unions are counter productive. That's all I'm saying and you are blowing this way out of proportion. This discussion has nothing to do with China or 9/11. Would a fire department strike for more taxpayer money and then watch homes burn down and allow lives to be lost? If the PD was striking would they refuse a call for a domestic dispute in progress? Illogical!

@jimjljensen u r not a true american! it is 1 freedom that anyone should be able to participate in. it's about freedom to say what you want. he was fighting to save people on 9-11 and u have no right to tell him or anyone else what to do with their freedom. go bury your head in the sand. when the republicans start telling you that you must pay more taxes than the rich or corporate owners maybe you will really get it!!!!!!
