These are clips from a live action musical version of "Puss in Boots" made in 1988, straight to video. Simply ridiculous. The blond kid is Jason Connery - Sean Connery's son. I just cut up and put it together - I did NOT superimpose the cat graphic. Also, the lip syncing issues were in the original movie. Enjoy!
