  • @Link258 hey man the same shit happened to me too. i got pretty good size biceps and triceps but that makes my forearms look really skinny

  • @Exambedos THINK! When you think about it you could feel what it would work. But yeah, its forearms, once you work out more you will realize which muscles each exercise works just by a description of the exercise.

  • @ABC2D2 Usually its good to do 2 major muscles 1 day, rest one day, then 2 other muscle groups and so on. Traditionally, a rest day in between is usually recommended

  • @negron2108 or maybe it is because my forearms are more developed compared to my back. And doing 20 reps wont increase my mass, it will just increase my endurance.

  • @pkhamidar2com you are not doing enough , you should do like if you are mad and fat girls are cutting your balls if you dont reach 20 reps
