@danolan2 tossing the doors across the lawn? That would still be an awesome effect! very scary! Why'd you fix it?

DUDE YOU ROCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCK!

You should attach one of the hands of the skelleys to the lid of the coffins so it would appear that they are opening and closing the coffins
-
@danolan2 dang 100 psi is insane, your air compressor must of been working hard that night haha

Love it,cool!!

The coffins? They're each made of wood with a hinged lid opened by a pneumatic cylinder. I used a DMX dimmer box put in "switch mode" to control two pneumatic valves, one to open the lid, the other to close it. A simple AC motor geared down to about 80 RPM (eBay) with a 3 inch metal cross piece attached to the shaft shakes the skeleton. The motor is also controlled by a dimmer in "switch" mode.

Don't suppose you can share info on your little ghost poppers. I'm guessing it's a pneumatic prop that when triggered shoots up a wire rod. Falls back by gravity. Just curious aout the mechanic of the whole thing

The ghosts were made of styrofoam balls silky white cloth pinned to them and a straw through the middle to fit over the rod. A blast of air shot them up the rod. We got some 110V pneumatic cylinders cheap on ebay and plugged them into DMX dimmers. We programmed the software to trigger them with the music. I'll have to make a video of what we did.

@danolan2 what psi where you using?

@mortarlover123: A litle over 100 psi coming off the compressor for the ghosts. We had to add an additional regulator for the coffins because 100 psi was tossing the doors across the front lawn.
