Truly a classic chase. Thanks for showing the storm structure and catching A+ footage of an A+ storm. Very professional and a good example to those wishing to chase storms.....prudence, clean language, no over excitement.
You mean Mountain Home, AR? I'm in Fort Smith, that shit caused over $ 2 million in hail damage alone. The wall cloud moved right over but didnt drop a tornado till after it passed the city.
Kentucky had 26 tornados during this outbreak one of them hit Harrodsburg, Ky about 6 miles from my house. I could hear the roar of the funnel passing by
We ended up having a smaller scale outbreak in Oklahoma on Feb 10 2009, one year and six days later. I got a huge wall cloud recorded, but Lake Overholser blocked my path, so I never saw the tornado it spawned at Rockwell street and NW Expressway. Lone Grove had an EF4 when night time came. It was bad. Edmond OK also got hit by some tornadoes. Piedmont got one also. It was amazing how quick it all got started.
