BOTH lacuna coil and evanescence are one of my favorite bands .i don't like to compare them because they are just too different both having their own unique style.i love evanescence and lacuna coil equally.amy and cristina have very strong voices each very different MUSIC ; ,lacuna is more spiritual,chinese sound / very metal and goth while ev is passionate,dark,mix of classical music/piano,hard rock.But share the same thing ,both are inspiring,beautiful to my ears and meaningful.love ev and lc

I fell in love with lacuna coil when i heard "falling" 8 years ago, Cristina's voice is aazing. Evanesence are also okay but when I heard them I immediately thought they may be trying to imitate LC since they've been around longer. Maybe so, maybe not, but LC are undoubtedly more talented.

yeah cristina and amy lee may sound somewhat alike at times, but lacuna coil and cristina have been around a lot longer than evanescence

yah dude, lacuna coil was around way before evanescence started. i luv em both and cristina and amy are very different people
