Valkyrie of the Battlefield promo

Sega Software presents Valkyrie of the Battlefield: Gallian Chronicles (to be known as Valkyria upon release in the US)for the PlayStation 3. Comes out in Japan April 24th, 2008.

Story: Caught in the middle of a great war in the fictional world of Europa in the year 1935, the Duchy of Gallia has found itself under attack due to its abundance of the mineral "Ragnite".

The graphics are really great and I'm planning to get it whn it comes stateside. Wondering who'll do the English voices. Reminds me of Amestris and Gallia is obviously France, so double-yay.

Awesome game the video at 2:02 is an awesome bit I got this game online for free here 115 games. c o m They have the latest playstation 3 games available but the best thing is they are all free excellent game

I'd say they're a mix of the Benelux (belgium, netherland, luxembourg) for the existence of neutrality and monarchy's; a bit of alsace (due to the fact that they have a french and germanic style) but than there's also the part of myth... Very nice univers to my point of view. Oh and by the way DanVielwerth, your racist remarks werent well documented, go find out the casualties rate of the battle of France, you'd be surprise of both german and french casualties rate and efficiency in battle.

Well it's hard to say, the Empire for exemple is a mix beetween germany of WWII and russia of the Tsar: you've got an empire, an entire population ready to die for their emperor. Galia, is the roman name for Gaul, (france geographically during the roman empire) but you've got also this military tradition that is closer to the german mentality. They're army colour are red and blue (typically france) but the characters name are a mix of various country's...

2. They're actually willing to fight.

3. Gallia is neutral. France wasn't.
