Elaine is pretending to be a janitor at the building across the street from her because the chinese rest. won't deliver to her side of the street. She is in the process of getting rid of junk including an old sewing machine. Kramer adopts a highway and makes wider lanes only to find out that he's in trouble for that and must remove what he did using paint thinner. Then comes poor Newman on his special delivery.
