I don't know, this one is great, but I still get misty eyed from the 2003 LSU/Ole Miss intro that featured Johnny Vaught, brought up the classic rivalry between the Tigers & Rebels, and ended with Verne Lundquist saying (very truthfully) that "it's goosebump time in Oxford, Mississippi."

Its so funny to see all of the pregame ceremonies (fireworks, etc.). Some of the SEC FOOTBALL budgets are more than some school's OVERALL ATHLETIC budgets.

This is our year sugar bowl,Louisiana the last 2 times it was us.2003&2007 soon to be 2011!i love the purple jerseys!i never can catch a game when they wear them.it's supposed to be worn for"non conference"opponents.does anyone know where I can find a purple authentic LSU jersey?i have a white one.

@llew678 Its tradition. In 1958 the head coach at the time Paul Dietzel had them wear white for all games. LSU won their first national title that year and the tradition stuck.
