A wonderful episode, very important. AB has done a great service. I grew up in a border area and anyone who did knows that draconian 'keep em out' measures destroy the quality of life for the people who live there and make things ugly and difficult.

Gran trabajo...Personalmente creo que México es mucho más que esto, no solo inmigrantes o tamales, la variedad de comida por ejemplo, no se limita a los tacos... y no toda la gente deseamos vivir en Estados Unidos, por la razón que sea.

It saddens me that none of us living in the US will get food like that here

love tony's movie references
Tony has a NY style swagger, a defense mechanism. He's may be bit gruff on the outside, but he has a big heart. With real people, real food, he's a humble, charming, exuding warmth, feeling at home, as you can see in the last 15 minutes it was all about sweet Alfredo.

It's easy for people to see Bourdain as an egotistical asshole, and he even admits he is, but the humanity he demonstrates in the 5th episode with his trip to Alfredo's parents' house colors him as human as the rest of us. Good job, AB.
