Power training to the exclusion of endurance training guarantees inefficient metabolism, which in turn results in excess metabolic waste. Fat cells absorb such waste. The good news is that by increasing efficiency, we can reverse this process. We are in the process of creating a video that teaches just that, but in preparation for the release, we want to educate interested parties as to the principles of training.
