Belgian dance-pop star Dee Dee (born Diana Trippaers) began her singing career after participating in a beauty contest. Christophe Chantzis, Erick Vanspauwen, and Tommie Kidjemet produced her first single, called Forever. It was released on vinyl in July 2001 reaching the Top Ten on the official local club/dance chart two weeks later. Dee Dee made her live debut in September 2001.

Dee Dee is a project by Tommy Kidjemet, Christophe Chantzis & Erik Vanspauwen. (Absolom, Ian Van Dahl), Erik Vanspauwen (Ian Van Dahl) Forever was released July 19th 2001 on vinyl and started out as an obscure clubtrack. With vinyl sales booming (the records entered the Belgian Dance chart at #3!!) and DJ's all over the world playing it, the demand for a CD release increased.

On September 3rd, 2001 Forever was released as single on the Belgian market. The results were fabulous: Dee Dee spend a several weeks in the Official Belgian top 20. This result, combined with the piles of vinyls exported, resulted in license demands from all over the world.

The beautiful female singer is Diana Trippaers. Lyrics are made by her, Christophe and Erik. Until the release on CD, no journalist had been able to interview Dee Dee or get her on camera. In a mysterious way, she remained anonymous. dancevibes.be managed to get her real name already in the beginning of August 2001, well before the rest of the world :-)

A full and very professional show has been assembled and is touring in different countries from Scandinavia to the US. The first singel 'Forever' was released by Ministry of Sound in Uk and charted on number 12! One year after the release of the first single (in Belgium) the follow-up The One will be released throughout the world. The wait has been worth it as The One is maybe even better then the first single!

Mike Nero Bio: Back in the early 90s when the techno wave was just starting to grow, Mike Nero began his DJ career in various clubs. With his impressive sets he was able to hold his own and establish himself among the likes of other DJs such as Jaspa Jones (Blank & Jones) & Jens Lissat.

This was followed by guest roles as resident DJ in clubs such as Tunnel, Poison Club and Königsburg as well as at all major rave parties: Love Parade, Union Rave, Tranceformation, G-Move (Hamburg), Nautica (Kiel),Turbinenhalle, Rave Garden (Switzerland), Watergate (Austria), Time Tunnel, etc..

In early 1992 he released his debut single Parazide Makin.. Love on the Frankfurt-based trance label "Suck me Plasma". Makin.. Love advanced quickly to a club hit and was played by most top DJs.

In the course of time, Mike Nero, as DJ and producer, has developed into one of the established greats of the German club scene. His discography includes over 200 releases.

He made remixes for artists such as Taucher, Jaspa Jones (Blank & Jones), DJ Klubbingman, Yosh, Double Vision (his remix also appeared on the LP) and Armin.

Established artists such as Pulsedriver, Gary D, DJ Dean, Hiver & Hammer, Y.O.M.C, Aquaplex, Ramon Zenker, Jaspa Jones, Miss Thunderpussy, Exit - EE, Mass in Orbit and Merlyn couldn..t resist the opportunity to remix his tracks.

His tracks have been licensed for more than 4000 compilations!

Every search for this song automatically shows the damn "feat. Dee Dee" in the results. Even with "Dee" as a forbidden word and instrumental included, only "feat Dee Dee" versions show up. It's really frustrating.
