ya this song tune is copied from hindi film SWAMI(1977)pal bhar mein yeh kya ho gaya.,if ummer said its from italian song his lying it is pure original hindi film song

In an interview, AT Ummer confessed that he copied the tune - but not from Hindi! Italian! It just happened both these guys copied from Italian around the same time!!!

You're absolutely right.
I used to listen to this song on Vividh Bharathi in 1977. It is composed by Rajesh Roshan for the movie SWami.
Avalude Ravukal was released in 1978.
I am sure about this, because I had watched this movie on the first day of its release.
Whatever it is, if you go by the chronological order, the credit for this tune should go to him
AT Ummar was a great music composer.
Nobody would disagree with this.
Still, this song remains a piracy.
