Manjula you rock, these are great videos, easy to follow and make me feel like i am an expert. I am a new vegetarian and I love all Asian cuisines, particularly No/So Indian. Are you using peanut oil or other oil, could you use olive oil?

I can't wait to go home and try this recipe! Very nice video, easily understood and I like how the recipe ingredients is setup before cooking. I never cooked Indian Vegetarian food before, and this will be my start. Thank you very much for sharing this video presentation.

I am trying this recipe out right now. They are in the pan and seem to separate when I flip them. :( I followed the recipe precisely and was wondering what could cause this? I tasted the broken ones and it is excellent. So now I just need to know how to make them properly because I really enjoy them. Help!
